I had to call them when I realized it had been over 30 days since I had received the notice of approval. Once I called, they could not explain to me why I had not gotten the notice and I asked for them to send me one. They then informed me they had sent our packet to the embassy on Jan. 15! They gave me our case # and said I should call the embassy in Ghana for further inquiries.	2016-07-11
