It does give a trick to get I-130 approved sooner than not doing anything. I-129F got denied due to I-130 get approved. USCIS sent file to NVC on 11/13 AOS fee got stuck in Process for a week. It was solved by calling NVC to forward to Supervisor to review issue. Submitted additional document after first review ( they wanted divorce document). This was submitted on 3/6 and got approved on 5/5. Interview was quick and my wife saw pink sheet with her name on it but they requested to upload I-864 not I-864EZ and 2019 tax with W-2. IO approved right after uploaded. We waited 2 years of wedding anniversary to flight which she then received her 10 years permanent resident card within 2 weeks of arrival. | 2024-02-26 | |||||
