I emailed Dr Cheema and provided my information on my appointment date, age etc and they gave me appointment date for Oct 19th. I just drove to Dr Cheema with my history of shots,4 passport photos, 2 pieces of ID then the nurse took my height and weight and told me to sit and Dr. Cheema would be ready for me (waited for only 5 mins), Dr.Cheema saw me and just checked my ears, stomach and then asked me simple yes or no questions and that was it :) after that I went to the front and they gave me an envelope to give it to the other office which was a 3 min drive to take my xray and blood test which was really easy except the blood test made me wait 30 min but everything else was less then a 5 min wait, so after all that I am done in less than an hour. After all was said and done I just drove off to work like it was a normal day :) 2022-10-24

I was checked in and through customs in less than an hour. I would like to add a bit here to remind you to ask the CBP officer about you I94. My officer was not vocal at all! He asked if I had ever been denied entry and that was it. I had to remind him to take my xray results for my file. I received an arrival stamp in my passport and no other form of I94 nor was I given and direction as to whether I needed one. This has not seemed to matter until now. I have applied for my adjusment of status and they ask for you I94 record number which I cannot provide. I tried to get a USA driver license and they need my I94 record number. The staff at the motor registry provided me a website to look up my I94 record. I did this and nothing is found so I am not sure if the CBP officer even filed one for me. I have now completed a form I-102 requesting an I94, and I am waiting to here back form my AOS application to so what effect this may have on that process. So make sure you have this clear with you CBP upon entry! 2016-07-04
