Farzad & Najma | Afghanistan | California | No | Afghanistan | 2018-12-02 | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | I had Interview in US Embassy Kabul on 2nd December 2018 for K-1 Fiance Visa, My Interview was very good, but at the End of Interview she give me Yellow Card and Marked Bellow Message: ï‘Your immigrant visa application needs further administrative processing. We cannot give you a definite date when the processing will be completed, and it will likely take several months or more. You can check your visa status online using your case number at the following website address https://ceac.state.gove/ceac/. It may take three or more weeks for your case to appear in this system. Note: In Some cases, your medical exam may expire before administrative processing is complete. If this occurs, you will be required to redo your medical exam. Could anyone guide me, when i will receive my Visa? | 2018-12-15

I arrived at the embassy at 6:30 one hour before my interview appointment. They did the biometric at 8:30 am . I waited for one hour until they call me for my interview. The officer called me for my interview in a private room, but other cases like SIV, DV, and CR1 were being interviewed in other area. There were two officers in that room where I had my interview, they asked me if I like to do my interview in English or in my native Language, which I choosed English. They were so friendly and kind . The lady was the one who was asking me the questions. They just took the Affidavit of support and IRS transcript some pay stubs, they didn't ask about anything else like photographs or chat logs and other proofs. Even I asked them if they like to see the photos , she said no we saw some photos in the I-129F form. She returned all original documents back to me. She asked me around 16 questions: 1- who petitioned you ? 2- what's your relationship to him ? 3- how did you meet eachother? 4- as we met eachother in person in "India " she asked , tell me about your trip to India . 5- have you been married before ? 6-Do you have any children ? 7- was your finace married before ? 8- does he have any children? 9- where he has been born ? 10- what does he do for a living? 11- have you meet his family ? 12- where his family lives? 13- have you been to your fiancé's country ? 14- have you been to any country more than one year? 15- Where were you during the Taliban regime? 16- Have you worked for the government organizations? At the end she gave me two white cards about law and immigration in the United States, and a Yellow card because I haven't done my medical yet. She said once we recieve your medical we will work on your case. | 2019-05-15

He was handed a refusal that was checked for work refusal code. Then when I called Dept of State they said it was placed into AP on their computer systems. I am not impressed by their professionalism at all. I have still to receive a email stating the results of the interview or any update for being placed next into AP and neither has my fiance. Later the visa was denied. | 2019-09-24
