My fiance had his medical exam the day before the interview. This was because the packet from the embassy with the interview did not arrive by mail and we were informed by email of the interview date 10 days in advance. 2013-09-24

It was fairly efficient but the staff didn't seem particularly helpful or kind and gave the impression that the were irritated by their jobs. One non-Spanish speaking person asked my fiance "Do you speak Spanish?" in a sarcastic way when his butchering of the questions in Spanish couldn't be understood. Carlos said, "Yes. But I can't understand anything you say." We had been warned of this and to just be agreeable to anything they say or want since the airport staff is often very misinformed about the various visa requirements. For me, waiting for him, I froze. Take a sweater! Parking was easy--right there close by. 2013-04-13

Point of Entry in FLL was also a piece of cake - however, we allowed for a 3.5 hour layover and just barely made our flight. 2019-04-22
