Had enough time to return my rental vehicle change repack some things. I made it back to US Customs security and cleared security. I then entered the area where the kiosks are. The kiosk could not scan my visa type. It instructed me to proceed to an agent. I turned in my sealed medical docs. I was taken to a back office area where another agent saw me after a 5minute wait (there was one other person ahead of me that had just been processed). Agent had to confer with a co-worker. He daid he had not done a k-1 in a long time. I told him I would not suspect there were many persons from The Bahamas that use it. He then scanned my right four fingers (thumb excluded) and took my photo. Asked if I was ready to live and work in the USA. I reiterated I am getting married and was ready for that. He told me I had 90 days from that day etc. I told him I wed in 4 weeks. He wished me well. Time including security clearance was less than 30mins. I made it upstairs with 2hrs til takeoff. | 2021-11-21 |
