Packet -3 was hand delivered to DELHI Embassy on 09/26 at around 3pm by my fiancee, at this time she requested the person at inquiry window if she could get a interview date soon because of her PCC expiring soon, the inquiry person spoke with IV unit and offered interview at any date desired, my fiancee chose 10/13 to allow ample time for paperwork, medical etc etc. BOTTOM LINE!
