Level 2 USCIS rep says "only a glitch." 6/26 - NOA2 via email. No text message. 7/2 - NOA2 hard copy received. 7/3 - Called NVC. Woman on phone said case received today, case number will be assigned in "ten to twenty days," at which time they will notify me. She said I can also call back in 10 to 20 days to check. Somewhat curt, but friendly and helpful. 7/9 - Called NVC. Woman on phone said case was electronically sent to Guangzhou embassy yesterday 7/8 and gave me the case number. 7/12 Received hard copy from NVC stating case has been forwarded to embassy (four days after case was electronically submitted to embassy). 7/16 Paid CITIC fee. Emailed embassy regarding P3 waiting times. 7/25 Embassy replies with, "Thank you for your email. Please note we have received your visa case and we will contact your beneficiary with our instructions very soon." 8/4 P3 received. 25 days from consulate receipt (note: consulate was closed one week due to relocation). 8/8 P3 submitted via CITIC. 8/21 Consulate confirms receipt of P3.	2014-08-16
