We had a lovely lunch at the Yard House in Shoreline Village, just across from the lighthouse. They requested submitted the Bank Statement related the air-ticket who purchased, and explaination about ex-spouse current address. * The second time, I came to embassy on 25th July 2008 to submitted all papers that they requested, then Blue Slip again. This time they requested the letter to explaination about ex-husband, Because both of us have been one time get married before and divorced! My ex-husband is Vietnamese oversea in US, that why my case so difficult. Please submit Letter of explanation regarding beneficiary's previous marriage as well as how and when beneficiary's ex-husband went to the U.S. Please explain If petitioner is acquainted with beneficiary;s ex-husband. Today is 30 July 2008, I went to embassy to submit the Letter of Explanation regarding my ex-husband and my fiancee's/Petioner. After i waited for 2hours then they called me to get the PINK Slip. USCIS "correcting" address for the 2nd time. USCIS sending RFE, again. Not received as of 1/23/08. 2/1/08 Still haven't received the RFE they sent to the wrong address! 2/21/08 RFE finally received at beginning of February, and updated on my case status as received 2/21/08 by USCIS. 4/9/08 Received consulate package. Nothing is necessary to be sent back. The usual required forms need to be filled out and the requested documentation gathered. There is no consulate appt, the letter states that this is an open appt to the Ciudad Juarez Consulate any Mon-Fri excluding Mexican and US Holidays. Almost there!!! 5/29/08 Leaving to Cd. Juarez this weekend. Will attempt to have medical exam Monday 6/2 and interview Tuesday 6/3. Wish us luck!!!	2008-08-24
