I showed my passport they did the regular process when you enter the country and then the officer told me we need to continue in other room. My husband and I went there, they confirmed my address and took my fingerprints. Thats all!! 2015-01-14

Hoping to get the CR-1 visa by August so that I can return to the states with my wife for school. We have already spent 5 years of our relationship dealing with long distances, and I really don't want to any more. I know it's going to be tight, but with God, nothing is impossible. I pray every day for a quick and painless process. 2014-03-10

Dorchel L & R Haiti Vermont No Haiti 2012-03-02 2012-03-06 2012-06-26 2012-06-29 2012-10-04 2012-10-04 2012-11-06 2011-09-03 249 Our RFE for the I-130 was for not having the marriage certificate translated, which we were never notified of, even on the website, but I guess we should have known. So that slowed us down about 2 weeks. Then, they notified us by email of the IV Bill and Immigrant Visa Application, which we were told would be coming in the mail. Our Agent is my mom and so it went to her email, which she did not check for 2 weeks, which delayed us 2 more weeks. So our process has been delayed about a month total from start to current. We are waiting for our interview date to be set in PAP, and then we will get the medical, go to the interview, and hopefully be approved!!! 2012-11-15
