Timoteo Ying & Tim China Texas No Guangzhou, China 2010-10-20 2010-10-26 2011-03-03 2011-03-17 2011-09-21 2011-10-21 2010-07-03 336 Our case took a little longer than it would have because Ying's son was visiting from Japan and we didn't want to interrupt that. We found the electronic process very easy. She had no trouble during the interview; our biggest fear was proving my Mandarin ability, as she speaks no English. 2012-06-04
WH & DL China California No Guangzhou, China 2010-02-26 2010-03-04 2010-07-02 2010-10-12 2010-12-24 2010-12-24 2011-01-26 2010-01-01 334 There are 6 windows opened that day. I personally really believe they already reviewed your file before the interview and the consulate let the Chinese staff did the initial judgment at the day before the interview you submit your documents. I was been called at the very late, around 12. So I had the chance to see how all of the VO works and can hear a little bit when they question. Around 70% people can get PINK. The VO didn¡¯t try to give anyone a hard time. I think everyone¡¯s job there is to provide the VO your bona-fide relationship and take all of the things you have to proof that, even the VO maybe don¡¯t ask for anything. My interview just last 2 mins and the VO just ask to see the consular report of birth abroad and US passport of our baby, nothing else. The VO asked me the following questions and it most like that he just want confirms some information to enter the computer: 1. How do you know your husband? --- When the time I traveled to US 2. When did you get married? --- *** 3. So you got married in Las Vegas? --- Yes 4. How long have you been in Canada? --- **** 5. How often did you traveled to USA? --- 2, 3 times each year. 6. How long for every travel? --- 1 day to 3 months 7. Are you the member of CPP? --- Never 8. Who¡¯s your co-sponsors? --- **** I had numerous panic and sleepless nights during this process, and I know I¡¯m too much now. If you have a bona-fide relationship and sufficient financing supporting, you don¡¯t need worry about too much. 2011-01-29
