The consular returned some documents and handed my fiance a note that the case requires "futher administrative processing" and was told that he would hear from them within 6-8 weeks. No information appears to be missing. On April 2, my finace received a phone call from Chennai consulate that he should submit his passport along with DS156 form, which he submited on the same day. One week past, which turned into a month, which turned into 90 days since interview, 60 days since they asked for passport and still no update. My finance has been writing to Chennai consulate for update, all he was told futher processing. I wrote the consulate asking if the case was in India or returned to the State Department, and I needed a tracking number if the case was returned to the USA. Finally they wrote me back that they are doing security check; called the State Dept in DC for update still need to wait.... Finally on June 13, 2009 the passport was returned to my finace, thank Allah billions of time, HE GOT THE VISA!	2010-01-04
