I answered everything and sent the email on the same day on July 3. I was told that this is a random thing and nothing was missing from my papers. CEAC status update frequency: 03-July-2023: CEAC status was changed from "ready" to "refused" 05-July-2023 10-July-2023 11-July-2023 14-July-2023 22-Sep-2023 On 24-Oct-2023, the US embassy called to inform me to mail my passport (no second interview was requested), and on 31-Oct-2023 I was handed the visa!
