We contacted the Guangzhou consulate and applied for visa reissuance. The process for reissuance was to re-do the medical and re-do the interview. His visa was reissued, which meant he was able to come back and we got married within the original 90 day window (from his first K-1, not the reissued one) as is required. 2020-10-25
