This has delayed daughter's concurrent I-130 & AOS application. We couldn't get a straight answer out of customer service, they didn't know what was going on, said they'd returned packet to us, but we never received it (it wasn't sent). We finally visited Dallas office, discovered A-number screw-up, confirmed packet waiting at National Benefits Center in holding pattern. Advice -- when in doubt, make infopass appointment at local office.	2007-12-29
