NVC letter came dated 9/08. Almost didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t get the Visa in time to make the flight. It took 2 days for DHL to receive the package, and only via constant phone calls was she able to pick it up late that evening and fly out the following morning.	2008-12-10
