Our lawyers submitted it so we never found out for sure what happened. We got 2 NOAs: one saying that the petition was in process and other one saying it had been rejected (on the same day!). Our lawyers had to get it fixed. Later on, there was another delay after the NOA 2 (September 12, 2019). A month after the NOA, we got an email saying "NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Buenos Aires, Argentina." (October 29, 2019). But then it only took another month for the embassy to begin processing my visa case (November 26, 2019) and things went really fast from there, mainly thanks to my then fiance and I. We are going to do the AOS soon, on our own. | 2023-04-29 | ||||
