Embassy keep her passport and asked her to comeback on September 23rd, 2010. When she went on 09/23, Embassy returned her Passport with a Blue Form, which stated that they are unable to issue her visa because she is ineligible under section 221 (g), thus put her case under administrative review. Got phone call from embassy after 4-5 days and were asked about her highest education level even she has previously submitted everything.	2010-11-11
