I think they are adjusting to the new location. So bring a book, snacks and be patient. I was there for about 4 hours. When I got to the interview the Officer said she unfortunately could not issue his K2 visa with out him being present in front of an agent. So she gave me information to reschedule an appointment. A week later I had not yet received a reply from Montreal, so I took to the forums to see about how to move things forward. The advice was to once again contact the scheduling number and see what they can do. Well I ended up calling 3 times, had 3 agents tell me 3 different ways (that are the only way) to reschedule. I have done all 3 and am waiting back. Now its 8 days post interview, I did receive an email stating that my case has been escalated to the appropriate department.
