blank avatar M... & Ernest Online Buffalo NY 2019-04-29 2019-05-02 2019-05-20 2019-08-01 Yes 2019-09-27 The interview was pretty quick. I arrived 30 min before my scheduled time 1:15 pm. I was called at 1:30 pm and was sworn in as soon as I entered the IO's office. We dove right to the reading test: How many Senators do we have then the writing test: We have one hundred Senators. After that the civics questions: 1- Who is the Commander in Chief of the military? 2- How old do citizens have to be to vote for President? 3- Why did the colonists fight the British? 4- If both the President and the Vice President can no longer serve, who becomes President? 5- Who signs bills to become laws? 6- What is the name of the national anthem? After I answered correctly the first 6 question the IO stopped and began the review of my application. I mention there were some mistakes made on my application that I would like to correct and i pointed them out so DO NOT panic if you made a mistake or omission on your N-400 you have the right to amend it at the interview. At the end, she asked me to review my informations if everything was right and sign. She congratulate me and gave me my N-445 with the date and time for my oath ceremony. So relieved I am done. 2019-08-06
Nataly & Keith Online San Antonio TX 2022-11-06 2022-11-06 2022-11-06 2023-04-27 Yes 2023-05-26 The process was fairly easy. We had to drive to San Antonio for the interview. We showed up 15 minutes early then went through security. We waited about 90 minutes before being called back with the immigration officer. The interview was for Nataly alone, so I took a seat in the corner. She just asked Nataly some questions and she didn't miss a single one on the citizenship portion. She also asked Nataly to read a question on an ipad in the office and then print the answer. Too easy. Of course, there were all of the other N400 form questions about criminal background, previous military training, etc. as well as that Nataly was willing to defend the country if necessary. She passed with flying colors and we will have an oath ceremony in Austin on May 26th. 2023-04-28
