Our AOS interview itself was easy. The IO asked a few simple questions and looked at our photo album. We received a stamp in passport the same day, but had to call USCIS after waiting for over 6 weeks and still no greencard. We FINALLY received it in the mail about 2 weeks after the phone call, so exactly 2 months after the AOS interview! We are VERY happy to be done with USCIS for a while! :) |

Ended up getting a I-551 stamp in passport after 2 year conditional GC never received. First I-90 denied, filed a second one that is pending! Denied I-90 was re-opened and reviewed and we were approved on March 11, 2011 for the replacement GC with no fee!!! |
