There was no USC or non-USC queue at the time he arrived, there was only one queue. My husband went up to the officer and told him that he had a K3 visa. He handed the officer his passport and the sealed envelope he had received from the consulate. He was not put in secondary, the officer looked over his paperwork, wrote some things, typed some things, stamped his passport and said he was all set. The whole process from getting into the queue to being finished was only 7 minutes. Very quick and easy process.
