Arrived during Covid. Straight forward, went to visitors line with my wife, handed CBP officer my passport and package. He spent about 10 mins doing something on his computer, opened the package and was looking for the medical form (I had it separately as was given it at medical). Joked about a bit, casual conversation, guy was really nice. He stamped my passport and explained it was valid for a year until I get my green card in the post. Said welcome to America and have a nice day. That was it! Super easy.
