Really smooth, friendly and professional. Took just over an hour from arriving at the airport to leaving US pre-clearance, but always best to arrive 3 hours before departure as sometimes preclearance can be busy. I always fly to the US via Dublin anyway because doing preclearance makes arrival so much smoother. Would highly recommend it as a port of entry.
