My husband arrived on Thanksgiving. The CBP officer asked where his packet is - my husband explained it’s all digital (we are CEAC), and the officer typed a few things into the computer, stamped his passport and let him go without a word. Overall, entry was easy and no problems, although the staff at JFK tends to be indifferent and unhelpful.
