I entered through LAX with a K1 visa, unlike entering on the ESTA you don't need to get the print-out at the kiosk as they don't have any options for the K1 so you just go straight into the queue to be called up by the CBP officer. Once called up I simply showed him the visa and handed over the sealed packet which he opened and had a quick look over, and said I had 30 days to get married, stamped by passport and marked it with K1 and then I was on my way, and walked straight through customs.
Overall it was very easy but spent over an hour waiting in the immigration queue, on the plus side the people who direct you into the lines were very helpful if you needed any help or had questions.
