Please make sure if you have an connecting flight on that airport to have an overlay from at very least 3hrs on this airport. The counters aren't all occupied & there are thousand who enter at the same time my daughter & I were 3hrs in line toget to the desk! The officers are nice tho lots kf blacks & latinos who work there! Make sure you have your envelope in hand so they can see you come with a package so they can direct you the right line! Besides the 3hrs waiting in line ,I was finished with the process in 20 minutes!
P.s : before getting out the plane make sure to use the bathroom, my child almost pee in her pants while waiting (can't get out of the line or you gotta start up new)
