Very easy, had to line up in the area for visa and first time esta. The wait to see a CBP officer was the longest part of the POE. When I approached the officer I just handed him the passport and placed the envelope on the the bench for when he needed it. He looked at my passport and flicked through the paperwork in the envelope so he could write down a few bits of info on the back of the envelope. Reminded me that I had 90 days to get married and asked when it was. He then handed me back my passport and I was on my way. No secondary or extensive questions.
