Very very good experience. We had 2 dogs do we wanted to be out asap. We were guided at every step. Our stuff was not manually checked.every step there were people who already knew we had dogs.
We did biometric then passport was stamped. Then doggie paper was stamped.we just walked towards luggage. .someone came to us wid doggie information on their own...im really impressed with pet service of luftansa and arrangements of seattle airport
