We landed about 7pm in Miami and got in the visitors line together (my fiance with his K1 visa). The officer reviewed his passport and visa and then had us go stand against the wall and wait for a different officer to collect his packet and take us to the waiting room. The room was filled with people, many of whom had been waiting for hours already. We found a couple of chairs and sat down to wait. They would come out and call names, but it was a little difficult to hear. After an hour and a half they finally called my fiance's name. We followed her to a different room with more people and service windows and she handed us a piece of paper and told us to read the paragraph. It was a reminder of how we had 90 days to get married upon entering. She then handed us his passport and we left. A lot of waiting but very low stress. Luckily we were in no rush for a flight (ours didn't leave until the next morning) because there were several people who missed their next flights.
