Easiest and fastest POE ever. Our flight arrived early so there was literally no one else at CBP. I was first in line, said "hi, l'm here to immigrate" and handed over my envelope and passport. Did the usual scan of passport and fingerprints and took the picture. Then he took everything and we went to secondary screening, which was just right in front of the CBP booth. I sat down, he gave my visa envelope to a supervisor. Two minutes later my visa was endorsed and I was ready to go. 
I wasn't asked a single question and the whole process took maybe two or three minutes. The CBP officers were nice and professional, as usual.
