It took less than 10 minutes, they just took the package the us embassy gave me and my passport then ask me to follow him to another room and I sat down there while an officer checked the package and checked some stuff in his computer. He called me and just returned my passport and I asked what was next and he said " go and get married" LOL
The whole process took about 10 minutes.
