Fiance went through Chicago this morning (Dec 6, 2015) at around 8am. The longest wait was in the line of people waiting to go through, but once he got to the CBP officer, the officer just checked out the envelope, stamped his K1 visa and told him he had 90 days to get married and that was it.
He said the CBP seemed pretty happy.
