Easiest US entry ever.
I was in Business Class, so was first off the aircraft at Terminal 7. This also meant I was first in the line for Visitors. I picked the 'kindly-looking' female immigration officer. I gave her my passport, sealed packet and chest x-ray DVD. She gave the x-ray back to me and said she didn't need it.
She opened the packet, flicked through it, stamped 2 or 3 pieces of paper and my passport, took my photo and fingerprints electronically (right hand only), then walked me along the line of immigration desks. I thought I was going to Secondary, but she took me to a small table just outside secondary, took two fingerprints and two signatures then said "You're done, welcome to the USA!"
6 minutes from start to finish. I was waiting for my rental car within 10 minutes of leaving my seat on the aircraft. A very, very easy experience. Absolutely no questions asked whatsoever.
