Houston was a very big airport. When I arrived I immediately went to the line that was designated. The line was long. When I got to the counter I handed my passport to the official. The biometrics was at another counter and the packet of papers {yellow envelope from the Embassy} at a different window. It all took about 1 1/2 hours to finalize everything. The officers were a little rude to some people and to each other as well. This airport was confusing and a bit complicated. But now I am done....thank you Jesus!
