When I got into the immigration hall, they were constantly announcing who had to go into what area. The VISA area only had 7 people waiting, so it only took a good 5 minutes for me to get to the CBP officer. After he took my fingerprints and such, he took me over to the other area for processing of my immigrant visa packet.
I only had to wait a few minutes there, but it seems they have to give priority to wheelchair users, as they put my paperwork apart and had me wait.
Once he got to start on mine, he had a few questions on the marriage date, I had to sign paperwork, he verified the address for the GC, and then handed me back my passport with the stamp in it. I did not get any other paperwork back. Everyone was very friendly.
