POE was a breeze. I've been through Portland dozens of times, so its a familiar place  Just handed my papers to the officer at the first inspection point and he just small talked a bit about why I wanted to move there and such,took some fingerprints and told me to head on over to secondary inspection. Waited there for about 15 min, when another officer came in and started to process all the papers. After a while he asked me to come up to the counter to provide actual fingerprints (with black inc) of my two index fingers. After that I had to sign a few documents, and then he informed me about how to apply for removal of conditions, and that was it! He said welcome to america and good luck
