Arrived in Terminal 1. I waited for them to arrive outside of customs. Wife (the petitioner) arrived with her parents, the new immigrants. She requested in advance for a wheelchair for her father. When the attendant arrived she explained they (my father-in-law and mother-in-law) were new immigrants, and the attendant asked if she had the brown envelopes. My wife replied yes, and the attendant said don't worry she knows what to do. As a result of needing assistance they were able to get to the front of the line at Immigration. The office at the desk asked by wife one question, Are these your parents?, and then opened up their envelopes, stamped the papers and their passport and then took them to another room to get their fingerprints and signature. They were the only once there and the wheelchair attendant said they were lucky, sometimes there is 12 people or more in there waiting. Then onto baggage claim, and their bags were already out on the belt. From the time the plane landed till the time they were out was about 35 to 40 minutes.
