Portland, OR POE was easy and fast. From plane landing to meeting my fiance it took 45 min. Came up to the window, he opened the packet and asked how much money i had with me. He took my fingerprints and stamped my passport. That was it no other questions and i was not sent to another room to do more immigration stuff.
