Landed around 2:30pm, the lines were long but not too bad due to the fact that USC can now go through automated machines. The first USCIS officer put my wife's packet in a pink folder, checked me in, checked her in, took her finger scan, and asked us to pick up our luggage. After picking up luggage we had to go through customs line and the officer saw that we had the pink folder and asked us to go to LINE 2 - red section where they check people's luggage. The officer at LINE 2 took our pink folder and dropped it off at a desk on the side and asked us to put our luggage in one area and wait. We waited for about 20 minutes or so before another officer asked my wife to sign her name on a card and took two index finger prints on the card (both sides).

Overall very painless, and depending on the number of people waiting it takes about 2 ~ 3 minutes per person and only one officer is working the pink folder desk.
