Process was quick and easy. 1st immigration officer took consulate envelope and passport, put it in a red folder and sent us to Secondary Inspection office. There another officer took the paperwork, and a few minutes later called my wife to take her fingerprints. While she was washing the ink off of her fingers, he completed the paperwork, stamped (endorsed) her visa in her passport, wished us luck and sent us on our way.
