I was with my two children, and there were people on both lines. they do not let me stand in line, the Customs has taken brown envelopes and brought me into a room where two other customs have typed something and have just taken my fingerprint.jai reported this level the change now address , we go to our luggage after 10 minutes despite the crowds at jfk.
