This went very smooth for my wife and stepson. We arrived around 6:00 am from Sao Paulo. We were directed to the Tripod area where we provided them the yellow "do not open" packets. We sat for about 15 minutes and within the next 15 minutes everything was completed and we were on our way. The immigration officers were very courteous and extremely accommodating.
