It was a bit of an anti-climax really. Took about 15 minutes in total, most of which I spent sitting down in the waiting area while the officer went through my documents. Four signatures and two fingerprints later and she told me I was free to go. No questions and no 'Welcome to America'. But I am here now and so a new life begins!
