I arrived on 10/18 in Philadelphia with a K-1 visa and my precious envelope.
I was first inspected by the usual CBP agent at a counter. He asked me a few questions like when and where I met my fiancee, what she was doing and if I had already a job. Then the agent told me to go to the secondary inspection office in the back so they can file my papers.
The office was a bit confusing at first, there was nobody at the front, you had to go to the back to find someone to give your paperwork to. 10-15 minutes later they called me up, explained me I had to get married and send the AOS papers in 90 days... and that was it.
It took overall 15 to 20 minutes more than when you arrive as a visitor (keep that in mind if you have a connection), they didn't really ask me much question (at least not different than the one I was asked at the embassy). The agents were not overly friendly nor suspicious (the usual CBP agent).
