So when I got to SFO customs I wasn't sure which line to queue in. I asked someone and he told me to line up with visitors, not residents. The queue was quite long but eventually I went up to a young Chinese woman officer and gave her my envelope. 'Whats that?' she asked me. Not joking. I told her I had a K1 visa and she acted all excited for me. She opened the envelope, looked through all the forms, took my fingerprints and just asked me where I met my fiance. It took her a while to stamp the forms, then she just stuck the I-94 in my passport and I was on my way. Easy, quick enough, no harassment at all.
