Vinko's point of entry in Miami with his K-1 visa was pretty easy as far as questioning. He reports that it was just a long wait. Lucky for him, he had 7 hours between his connecting flights. He landed in Miami from Santiago around 8am and I did not get a call from him until around 11:30am. If anything, when demonstrated the kind of visa they had, they just joked around with him and asked, "Are you sure you want to go through with this??" Waiting in line was not so bad, he said he waited in line for only 30 minutes, but when they take you to a separate room that is the wait that can take a while. Just make sure if you go through this point of entry, that you have more than 4 hours between connecting flights.
