My husband and I filed DCF in Ciudad Juarez. We walked across the Zaragoza bridge (with all our bags) at about 6pm. We handed his packet and then sat and waited for about 15 mins. His name was called, the officer said something about him not looking like his picture, but it felt jokey, not aggressive. The officer organized all the paper work, explained a few things very clearly and said Welcome to the US. Aside from the fear of being on that bridge between Juarez and El Paso, it was quite alright
