I recommend the LAX POE. The staff is not overly friendly, but due to the volume of passengers/immigrants, these guys are very efficient and no-nonsense. I personally think that is better than a smaller POE where the customs agents might decide to make a little production of their 'immigrant case' of the day. From landing to exit to the street, it was about 1 hour.
