They have separate line for new immigrants (the 2nd line from the right, which is the line for crew members and expats).
I had to wait until I was called because there were a few parties in front of me and they took long.
The procedures were simple: the officer went through the documents in the envelope, asked me when we got married, it we have any children, and verified the contact number.
